We’re thrilled to introduce you and your whānau to our Early Childhood Centre, right here in the heart of New Plymouth.
We are a quality fully licensed childcare designed for tamariki aged from 0 to 5 years.
Our centre is a nurturing, inclusive and culturally responsive environment where little ones thrive.
Within our walls, we have two warm and inviting rooms: the Kōwhai Room (for our youngest tamariki, birth to 2 years) and the Pohutukawa Room (for tamariki aged 2–5 years).
We foster: emotional wellbeing, social skills and friendships, language and communication and cultural identity and belonging.
We’re here for you Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Please note, we close on statutory holidays and during the Christmas-New Year period to recharge and refresh.

We’re proud to embrace diversity and celebrate the rich cultural heritage of Aotearoa New Zealand. Highlights of our calendar include Matariki celebrations, where tamariki learn the significance of this special time through storytelling, art, dance, and music. It’s a time for whānau to connect and reflect, sharing kai and creating plans for the future.
Our tamariki also enjoy weekly visits to the local Kindy gym, where they engage in active play and build their confidence in new settings.
