Personal Training

Personal training sessions are available to all members of the YMCA Fitness Centre. Whether you’re lacking confidence with gym equipment and weights, needing additional motivation, unsure how to target your problem areas, bored of your same old workout routine, or need that extra push to reach your full potential… a one-on-one personal training session can help.

The first step is to get in touch with our qualified personal trainer, Pippa, to book a session and develop a customised training program that works for you.

Personal Training: $55 per one-hour session

Benefits include:

Sessions must be paid for in advance at reception.
